What we collect

Your questionnaire answers, including your ZIP code, household makeup, and any health needs you choose to tell us about, plus your first name and email address.

Where your answers live

Prepper does not keep a customer database of households. Before purchase, your answers are held in a signed cookie in your browser. After purchase, they are stored with your payment and membership records at Whop, and encoded in your private plan link. Your checklists and household contact details stay in your browser and never reach our servers.

Your email

We use your email to deliver your plan and to send occasional preparedness reminders. You can unsubscribe from reminders at any time. We don’t sell your information.

Analytics

We use PostHog to see how people move through the site: which pages and questionnaire steps they reach, and whether they buy. It gets an anonymous visitor ID, step numbers, your state, and household size. It never gets your name, email, ZIP code, health needs, or plan link, and it doesn’t use cookies or store your IP address. If you arrive from a Google ad, we keep the ad’s campaign codes for 30 days so we know which ads lead to purchases.

Payments

Payments are handled by Whop, which may set up a Whop account for your purchase under its own terms. We never see or store your card number.
